We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the physical item. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate and up to date.

4. Orders & payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the stated price
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
  • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you select at checkout
  • You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date
  • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice

7. Returns & refunds

8. Warranty

The ClearlyFilters stainless steel filter body is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Filter cartridges are consumable products and are not covered by the warranty.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the ClearlyFilters website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of ClearlyFilters and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearlyFilters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
