Where do we ship? We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and other EU countries. We are continuously expanding — if your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@clearlyfilters.com.

How long does delivery take?

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Netherlands: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of EU: 5–8 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €50 / £45
  • Standard shipping: €4.95 / £3.95

Do you offer express shipping? Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.


RETURNS

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee If you're not completely satisfied with your ClearlyFilters purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Conditions for return

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Opened or used filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to start a return Simply email us at info@clearlyfilters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Who covers return shipping?

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect: ClearlyFilters covers the return shipping cost
  • If you changed your mind: the customer covers return shipping

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@clearlyfilters.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number and we'll make it right immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund.
