SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Cancelling your subscription

At ClearlyFilters, we believe you should always be in control of your subscription. There are no contracts, no fixed terms, and no cancellation fees — ever.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with just one click through your account dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for any future orders.


When do I need to cancel by?

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. Your renewal date is visible in your account dashboard.


What happens after I cancel my subscription?

  • Your subscription will stop immediately
  • No further payments will be taken
  • Any order already processed before cancellation will still be fulfilled and shipped
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete

Prefer to pause instead?

Not ready to cancel completely? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months directly from your account — no need to contact us. This is a great option if you're going on holiday or simply have enough filters stocked up.


Changed your mind?

You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your previous settings and preferences will be saved.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?

If you've placed an order and need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clearlyfilters.com. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.


Order cancellation timeframes

  • Within 1 hour of placing your order: We will do our best to cancel it before it is processed. Contact us immediately at info@clearlyfilters.com.
  • After 1 hour but before dispatch: Cancellation may still be possible. Contact us right away and we will check the status of your order.
  • After dispatch: We are unable to cancel the order at this stage. However, once you receive your item you can return it under our 30-day returns policy for a full refund.

Received a wrong or damaged item?

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, this is treated separately from a standard cancellation. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clearlyfilters.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.
